Letting Go of the Mind & Healing the Brain
What does it mean to let go of the mind?

This is a simple but profound shift in consciousness. It’s common for people to spend their whole lives recycling the same thoughts and feelings and making the same decisions in a loop of suffering.
Breaking out of this requires a deeper personal shift where you reconnect to the underlying pure awareness within you and begin to operate more and more from that space.
It’s important to note that ‘disidentification’ isn’t meant to involve any sort of invalidation—your experiences are still just as real, valid, and personal, however the key is to create a distinction between your awareness and your experience.
This isn’t to say that all of your suffering is in your head. A lot of suffering is physical, like with chronic illness, and physical and mental/emotional health are intimately linked.
Things that are usually thought of as “all in your head” like brain fog, looping thoughts, OCD, and generalized anxiety, actually have physical root causes in the brain/body. For more info on this and how to heal I recommend Medical Medium.
There is a combination of mental and physical factors that contribute to our thoughts.
We can exercise our free will to give less weight and focus to thoughts and over time this will rewire our brain for more mental stillness, presence, and peace.
We also need to address the physical causes for mental dysfunction such as toxic heavy metals in the brain disrupting electrical impulses (something unknown to medical science! This info comes from Medical Medium and his source Spirit of Compassion).
Letting go of identifying with your thoughts and feelings is one of the most liberating things you can do. It frees you from constant mental chatter and opens the door to mental clarity and inner peace. Healing your brain and body on the physical level is just as important for this as well. The understanding that our physical and mental/emotional health are linked is known, but Medical Medium info is far ahead of medical science and takes this understanding to a new level.
